It begins with open discussions about your needs, design style, how you use space, your family’s hobbies, and interests. These are all essential to the development of an initial design. Working with your architect, or one of ours that you select, we translate those initial discussions into a formal floor plan, including – if you wish – 3D renderings of specific rooms or an entire project.

We work with several award-winning designers and architects using several design tools and CAD software to ensure your new home is designed around you. The design sessions give you an opportunity to see your vision translated to actual dimensions. And, ensures our build team is working from detailed specifications.
